A few month ago someone recommended 4 tablespoons of organic ground flax per night as a cure for constipation. I was skeptical at first but I gave it a try. IT WORKS!!!! Not only is my constipation cured, but I feel better overall. It's practically a miracle. Try it!!!! You won;t be sorry!!!!!!!!!
