You're very welcome, Flowerlady. I've tried a variety of fiber sources to help me with my problem, from natural sources like prune juice to processed sources like fiber supplements using psyllyium. Flax seed is the only therapy that I've found to work for me and work well at that. I realize that not all therapies/remedies work the same for everyone due to the differing reasons for our ailments as well as our dietary differences but I hope flax seed is able to help you.
