Have you tried colonics, which are
professional enemas? They're not
nearly as unpleasant as they sound.
Check your Yellow Pages under Colonics. There's almost bound to
be someone in your area who gives
them; preferably a clinic.

You will probably need a series of
colonics. The mucoid plaque in your
intestines is undoubtedly as hard
as tire-rubber. And you must have
some kind of blockage somewhere.

The kind of ongoing constipation
you describe is a SERIOUS health
hazard that will lead to all kinds
of problems -- most of them sooner,
rather than later.

In addition to a series of colonics,
you should seriously consider doing
some colon and liver cleanses. There
are lots of good products out there,
but I like those which are offered

Once you've cleaned out the years and perhaps decades of accumulated
gunk, then foods like ground flaxseed will keep your regular.
But first, you need to roto-rooter
all that toxic debris from your
intestines.
