I sometimes cant go for 1- 2 weeks sometimes. i've tried everything. including zelnorm, bran, fiber drinks, vitamins, seed husk. out of options and dont know what to do. constantly uncomfortable. only thing that works is an over the counter pill and i'll still bearly have anything come out. will take any advice .
