Definitely sound advice. I've read accounts of people having allergic reactions to various ingredients of therapies like the B&P(psyllium specifically) shakes and prepared products like Primal Defense. Starting with small doses and working your way up is something I think everyone should do for the reason of possible allergic reaction as well as for letting your body adjust to the intake of whatever you are adding to your regimen.
