Great to hear about the flax seeds!

Be careful with the Primal Defense. Works great for some people but others have terrible allergic reactions!! (Someone on another website I frequent told her story and felt it almost killed her.) I don't want to be alarmist, just warning to start with very small doses until you are sure your body is okay with it. ;)
