I am seeking advice from others in my situation. I suffer from chronic constipation, but never have i gone this long w/out being able to go "on my own". In the past two & a half weeks i have gone only twice, thanks to the fleet enema! I normally only go about 2-3 times/week, but this is ridiculous. I've been drinking tons of water, cut out coffee, beer, starches and basically anything but fresh fruits and veggies. I take benefiber faithfully every day, have been trying laxatives and suppositories w/o success. I am feeling so very frustrated because i feel like this is something that is a natural body function and i should not have to struggle with it! Can anybody offer any help or advice? It would be so appreciated!
