When I did a 7-day fast (sort of based on Jensen's program), I got rid of a lot of mucoid placque. Also, I no longer had asthma. Does The Master Cleanse help get rid of mucoid placque?

What benefits did you notice from the fast.

My allergies are killing me today. Something in our house makes me sick, so until we open the doors and windows, I'm congested!
