I loveeee the Superfood formula, I take it almost everyday and sometimes twice a day. For energy though doing his liver cleanse will help a lot with that--did for me anyway. But definetly do the Colon Cleanse first, you do not want to run the risk of reabsorbing all of those toxins. Yes, his products are very high quality, he's fanactical about them being organic which is great. I buy my superfood wholesale through tophat on the Schultz forum, and you can also get #1, #2, and echinechea wholesale too which makes it even more affordable. :) I make my own #1 and echinechea, but order the superfood and a couple times a year the #2.
