Hi, please look in to digestive enzymes. You take one or two with each meal. An excellent product is made by "Enzymatic Therapy" company called "Complete-Gest". Make sure to drink 4-6 bottles of water a day. You will feel better very soon. I suffered for years until I started the enzymes. I am 100% improved.
