Hi, You have been around the block and back with your Celiac. I found your message very interesting, for I am celiac. I found this out, naturally on my own. I am also trying to treat it myself as well. Online so much! Just started the gluten free diet, a month now. It is fantastic. I also had aches and pains (bad) that are gone now. Just curious, where did you get all your information? I just may take a similar route. You can e-mail me anytime. I have some more questions, but rather go through a private e-mail. This is a rough disease, and I really have to get some answers like, FAST! Or I will be eating the same thing everyday. lol I will just turn into a potatoe! lol Well, take care, oh, I almost forgot. Do you still have to be on the gluten free diet? You said you can tolerate it now. I just thought once a Celiac - always a celiac. I am in the learning stage!
