I'll post in both places. here are a few pointers not in the other one. I won't ingest Epsom Salts for any reason. I use citrate of magnesia and chlorella so that stones don't get stuck.
I took CHLORELLA FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I KNEW A GREAT DEAL HAD ALREADY BEEN PASSED. THE CHLORELLA CLEANS THE BLOOD, AND THE STOMACH,THE LIVER, THE GALL, AND COLON WITH THE SMALL INTESTINE. I WANTED AS MUCH CRUD OUT OF THE WAY BEFORE FLUSHING STONES.
chlorella removes the stones too, but only a few at a time.
SITUP OR WALK AROUND the next day. GRAVITY ACTUALLY HAS A GREAT DEAL OF EFFECT ON OUR INTERNAL ORGANS.
SLEEP AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE, IF YOU THINK THAT IT WOULD HELP.

SALT IS NECESSARY TO RUN THE WHOLE BODY ESPECIALLY THE HEART.
I didn't fast. I don't believe in it, while flushing.
ANOTHER SECRET, THE NO FAT THING IS ...
AVOCADOS DETOX THE LIVER. THEY ARE THE GOOD FATS THAT THE BODY NEEDS. THE WHOLE DAY OF THE DETOX I ATE.
BKFST- COTTAGE CHEESE 16 OZ, 1 LG WHOLE AVOCADO, I MED PEAR AND AQUAFINA 16 oz WITH 1 /4 TSP OF Sea Salt IN THE WATER. Sea Salt AND HERBS ON THE CC AND THE AVOCADO. CHLORELLA AFTER BFST, BECAUSE OF THE C OF M.
AROUND 2 I DID AN ENEMA, SM BOTTLE FROM WALMART. REMOVES TOXINS AND PUTS MORE SALT IN THE SYSTEM DIRECT FROM THE COLON.
SNACKED ON AN APPLE.
AROUND 4, I REPEATED BKFST MENU.
I WENT TO BOOKS A MILLION. ( BATHROOM IN THE STORE!!)
FOR DINNER I ATE A GROUND CHICKEN PATTY WITH CC AND AVOCADO AND 16 oz OF AQUAFINA. NO Sea Salt ADDED to water. I did add it to the food.
AFTER DINNER, I DRANK 12 oz OF PEPSI (TO BELCH), TO LET OF ANY PRESSURE BUILD UP.
I used a second enema just before bed!!!
** 3 AVOCADOS DURING THE DAY WAS IMPORTANT. CC I LIKE, PLUS it's NOT HARD TO DIGEST. APPLES AND PEARS GREAT FOR DETOX. LOTS OF WATER IN THEM.
*** IF YOU FEEL WOOSEY, LICK SEA SALT FROM YOUR HAND.
*** IF SCARED TRY DOING HALF THE RECIPE FOR THE FIRST TIME. NOT AS FAST OR AS HARD AS A FULL RECIPE. HALF ALL INGREDIENTS.
BY THE WAY, JUMPING IS GREAT FOR THE LYMPH AND TO UNCLOG A STONE THAT IS STUCK. SO IS EATING. ESPECIALLY, THE AVOCADOS. AND, DON'T FORGET THE CHLORELLA AFTER DINNER!!!!!!!
