There are differences in responses in terms of how severe
the case is.
For celiacs/gluten intolerant folks who have a mild form
of the ailment ( which is one who can bear the effects of
a slice of bread), about 10 to 14 doses. This is just
generally.
There are also differences in response depending on age,
older folks would need more dosing.
People with really severe form would take around double
the mild form.

You mention food but that has no relation to my topic.
