Gosh, not sure what to tell you! All I know is once my bowels got perfectly healthy with the correct flora and no more leaky gut syndrome, I was much less sensitive. I still tend to leave it out of my diet, since bread is pretty much a waste of calories, and only partake when I'm baking. :)
