I do not have problems with constipation, my problems are more the other way. There are a couple of things that I have found move my bowels stright away though. Firstly (and you may or may not want to try this) Urine therapy, there is a forum on this site. The other one is Oil Pulling which I have resently started, again I think this would help with constipation and there is a forum here that will explain how it works.
