Hi there,
I am located in the UK, could you please advise on which fish oils you take. As I find that ones containing higher levels of EPA seem to cause problems, just a guess but I think that they increase/produce prostaglandins that are inflamitory, or so I've read. Just curious to kow about levels of DHA/EPA etc.
(may have misconstrued what I have read, apologies for quoting incorrectly!)
