Endo is a hormonaly challenging thing to have!!
And yes, I have to warm up (so to speak) as well.
The one thing that works alot of the time with
endo is being relaxed, which makes the being tense
and having the stab/cramp reaction (not 'warmed up')
- sort of make sense.
