I'm sorry Ev. I just re-read your last post and realized that you had said "extreme feminism", not "extreme femeninity". Boy!! Big, big difference. Perfect example of how haste makes waste!
I thank God that I had a wonderful daddy who loved my mommy and me dearly. Was gentle, kind and very protective, therefore I never had difficulty accepting men, or God as a Father figure.
You are right in what you say as Barbie being that kind of a role model for little girls. This is why I prefer to allow Angelique the ones that portray a pretty but wholesome female. Although I tried for a long time to keep all Barbie's away from her, but at one point I realized that was not only impossible, but unnecesssary.
