Yes, Alex, I am taking from Golden Flower Chinese Herbs for Cinammon and Poria and Women's Precious. I am also taking Ginseng and Astralagus. I was taking Bluplerum and Tang Keui and also Phelgm-transforming in the beginning too.Do you think anything else needs to tbe taken? I also have Earth-Harmonizing which I also take especially when I travel long distances by car and I tend to get bloating and gassiness when travelling by car.I just started taking homeopathy and hoping that helps.What other ways can be treated for my condition in your opinion?

He did moxa in the beginning and I am supposed to do it my self but forget or just busy or thought it did not really help. I think I have to get into that!Thanks for your advice on that.My acu uses needles usually.

I was previously from asia,ate asian food and after coming to the US have to get used to more cheese laden food and that made me have bloating and gassiness and also the change in weather from hot weather to seasons( especially coping with winter).I am lactose intolerant. All this seemed to affect my whole body system. But it is under control now, occassionally it happens but it is not so bad.

I have not done a lap yet to check if I have endo but I suspect it. I am hoping Cinammon and Poria can help in that. Do you think anything else needs to tbe taken? I was reading sometimes herbs can cause polyps or fibroids to grow because of the Dang Gui in it and it is estrogenic.There are so many conflicting report sometimes, you don't know who to believe. What is your opinion?
