I agree Eft is excellent for emotional problems for most people does not work on evryone. Emotional problems are usually corrected quickly with acupuncture. Ususally the effects of Acupressure do not last as long unless you get someone working on you, self stimulation in general is not as effective as recieving Qi from someone else!!!
