I am not sure what the difference is in the clay---I just know that the only one that I have used is the Bentonite clay. And it has worked really well. I have since done 2 full clay baths, and I use the clay on my face about three times a week. I love it. We also use it for bug bites or other ailments. I checked on ebay and you can find Bentonite clay there very affordable. good luck!
