I like the thought of doing a clay bath for the feet but if you have merucury in your brain, why not do one on your face & scalp? I did a few and had a good sensation...no miracles..I am still struggling with being neurological wired different...but I am so at peace with my life and perfect health that the clay baths may have tipped the scale...but I have made many diet, meditation, prayer, and lifestyle changes so it would be difficult for me to say the clay baths I took were the reason my health and wellness are in harmony. I have checked several sites and found that 2-3 baths should be sufficient.
