Hi,
I received my Magnetic Clay a few days ago, the instruction don't tell how I'm suppose to apply it; do I mix it and apply all over my body in soak in a tub of warm water for 20 minutes, or do I mix it and pour it directly in a tub of warm and soak for 20 minutes? Any advice or thought would be helpful.

I'm new to this message board, and I have been reading about this Magnetic Clay, I'm a smoker and I was just wondering does it really help reduce the cravings and help you stop smoking; do anyone have a testimony they can tell me about; or any help or advice will be appreciated.
