I've just had my first pascalite clay bath and put 1lb of the clay in a full bath of water and soaked for 30 mins! Now I read that you apply it to your skin first!! How annoying. There was no instructions from the supplier and I got the idea from Andreas Moritz and he wasn't clear enough about how to use the clay! Do you think it was a waste?
Sorry, just had to let off some steam!
