I really believe that the clay works--I have been using it every night as a foot soak and I get out so much stuff it is unbelievable! There are always flecks of gold, silver, red sand looking stuff, white stuff and tons of black flecks along with a sort of sludge. I can feel it working when I soak, my feet tingle and after about a half an hour all the way up to my knees is tingling! I decided to just do the foot baths because then full body bath seems really messy! I can tell a difference in my sleep--its much deeper. anyway I bought my clay online at cedarvale.net----it was only $5.83 for 5lbs anyway, hope that helps!
