yes..the bath will help to remove the copper levels...
another big help in chelating excess copper is zinc.... take some extra zinc everyday...until your next hair analysis comes pack with regular amounts.... dont take a suppliment with more than 50mg of zinc... the best ones are pure liquid zinc drops....
Dont worry about the minerals in the clay..they create a magnetic pull... so you are not aking them into your body...rather the excess is being pulled from your body...
