You can use either the clay or liquid. I used clay and mixed in water until it was soft enough to plaster on my skin and let it set up for thirty minutes and showered it off. Make sure to plug up your tub and bale out the water and clay then mop up the rest with paper towels to avoid plugging up your bathtub. Tell us how it goes if you do one. : )
