i got a nice anwswer on Andreas web.. for my situtuion
/he said it was just fine to do the feet and legg if can't do a whole body at once..and also to consider the face (not near eyes ) and head..
so that wlll be great.. i can just sit on a chair in my kitchen with my legs in a garbage bag then just scape if off in the bag and toss it out. *)and just sit by my prep table, so i can read a book or drink while siittng there 8)
i might use guaze on my face then apply the clay to the gauze then i can keep it like a face pack / but can lift the clay off of my face easier just roll up the guaze and throw it out.. that is how some spas do masks esp ones that migtht be iritaing or to strng for senesitve sking...
i also looked up on some web sites and found teh diff between teh clays/ french gren/ kaolin/red morrocan/ bentonite/ etc. and was pleased to see the liquid Bentonite is fine to use as well.. (i have some here already)
i was esp interested in this sicne some of hten..ithink it was the red morracan were esp effective against poison ivy etc...and also i was wanting to see what the best to use in the beauty /cosmetics/facial realm also to experiement with/ i will get that web and post it under here if you want/ was super great reading. very inforamitve
