if anyone has info on this please take a moment and share it.

seems whenever i eat certain foods (spicy, cayenne, chocolate,...) i get mucous, intense pain, and sometimes blood from you-know-where. need help to deal with this. i intend to begin cleansing and liver flushing. any other ideas are appreciated.
