I have been suffering for three months with no relief, but a friend recently suggested trying herbal remedies. She suggested I look for horse chesnut and butchers broom, so I bought "Leg Veins" from Nature's Way which includes those two ingredients (It also will help with vericose veins). She also suggested taking flax oil which helps with regularity. I have been taking these for two days and already my symptoms seem gone! So I just thought I would share encouragement that these types of herbs (horse chesnut, butcher's broom, cayenne pepper) have helped me enourmously. I'll update after a few weeks.
