Rubber band ligation maybe? It works effectively on protruding internal hemorrhoids. A rubber band is placed around the base of the hemorrhoid inside the rectum cutting off its blood supply. The hemorrhoid withers away and it falls off with the band within a few days. The wound usually heals in a week or two. This treatment can produce mild discomfort and bleeding. An injection can also be used on bleeding hemorrhoids. A chemical solution is injected into the blood vessel to shrivel up the hemorrhoid. Obviously, you will have to see your doctor about this hemorrhoids treatment as well.
