You mention Chiropractic care. I've found thet high velocity manipulations, as used by Chiropractors and many Osteopaths, are often ineffective (and sometimes detrimental) in the circumstances you describe.

Do you have access to a Manipulative Therapist who uses rhythmic Osteopatic and Maitland mobalising techniques? I've successfully treated many people using these techniques in conjunction with exercises recommended by Australian Physiotherapist Sarah Key.
