I'm not too sure, but I think I have ADD. My 6yo is having problems with this and I'm learning that it probably has been inherited.

I have a hard time keeping my house clean. If I start in one room, I don't stay there and go to another. I never really finish a task completely. And, I get overwhelmed thinking about it. My husband complains, and I can't blame him a bit. I hate it. I have a hard time, mostly because we don't have alot of money, keeping our bills paid.

All that said, I expect things to be done a certain way and if I do something, especially for someone else, I want it done right. I obsess about things in the future and how things I do today affects me later down the road. I don't understand my sisters who don't worry about tomorrow and don't plan or prepare for anything... resumes, jobs and interviews, etc.

I understand that my brain does not work like it use to, and I can't think on my feet quickly and can't concentrate, even if I try. I have been replacing my metal fillings with plans to detox possible mercury out of my body. Oh, how I hope this works.

I've been reading about DMAE this week and want to try it on me and my son. Is there a maximum dosage for the DMAE? My bottle it Twinlab, 100mg, and it says one a day. My Prescriptions for Nutional Healing doesn't give a dosage.
