I was just reading your post, I have been having neck and upper back pain for the last four years. I have had an MRI and I have degenerative disc disease, and my neck is almost straight not much curve at all, anyway I have tried lots of things, therapy, anti-inflamitory medicine and nothing seems to help very much. I am trying something new its called spinal decompression, if you are interested I can let you know how it turns out, I go three times a week for eight weeks.
