I agree 100 percent. 2 years of bridging, CC, CA, GF, etc... and my head aches that originate from my shoulders and neck all but completely gone. Back and nerve pain too.
It gives you flexibility, strenghth, elongation of the spine, allows the spin to move as a team. Flexing at 1 vertebrae is the beginning of the end for that disk and the adjacent nerves.
