Thanks so much. That is definitely helpful.

I used to see a chiropractor occasionally, not consistently. She knew I had scoliosis but never told me if there was anything that could be done about it. The appointments were pretty short. I'll try to find a better one. I'm in Canada so I can't use the link you gave for finding one.
