I was doing more research on back pain and came across several references to the multifidus muscles that are deep in the back and are very important to spine stabilization. Does anyone know about this? I have done a search but cant find any exercises for this. I was told that Australian doctors has been doing lots to improve these muscles. I have never heard of it before.
