Hi Thomas, A while back I thought I read about a traction/stretch on your website that is done lying crossways on a bed. I can't find it now. Can you tell me if it was your website, if so, where. Thank you. My L5 S1 is fused together naturally and gravity on my lower back results in pain and misalignment all the time. I try to work on the misalignments myself but usually doesn't work. I wanted to try a traction type exercise. Thanks, Vickie
