i feel your pain myself, i had a lot of trouble before but now i am fine with the most effective therapy i encountered so far: the dorn method

many things there are opposite of what others say but i tried it did plenty of research on the subject and wrote a book about it.

my first advice: stop stretching until you are ok because that might be one of the root causes for you pain!
