Hi I need some advice, suggestions, & or anyone to share same experiences. I rolled over in the bed Thursday morning, to reposition my self. Then, I heard a big "POP" in my upper back in the middle towards the right shoulder. I could not lift, turn left or right my head. My right back of my shoulder & right side of neck was (and still is) in pain. The "POP" didn't hurt only when i tried to get out of the bed. Very painful, it feels like I pull my muscle. I went to a chiropractor and he gave me a long explaination, he rumbled off some reason. I think he said that I pull or knocked out a rib head or something of the sort. I don't like taking meds but I needed to do last minute shopping, and basically needed function so I have been taking pain relievers. I have another appointment Tuesday Dec 26, but in the meantime, I just needed some feedback from anyone who may have experienced or know someone who has or want to give there two cent, any info would be appreciated.
