Yes, definately as there are nerves that are connected to all organs, muscles, etc. in your body. If you have some pain, there is a nerve connected to it. As for your stomach, there are two nerves connected to it and an Osteopath would know and I who is part Osteopath as I am a Specialist and reset dislocated and / or Pinched nerves.
