I was in a minor accident 1 1/2 yrs ago and it has my neck tweaked for life now.

I went to the chiropractor and i dont know if he made it worse or not.
It does not bother me everyday. In fact, it only bothers me about twice a year but still it is something that removes the quality of my life and puts me down for a few days and can barely function.

I used to be able to go into a full back-bend ( ive done some dancing in my life) and the last time i did a year ago it flared me up really bad!

I did find a new chiropractor who i was referred to from a massage therapist, but they are really good and dont rush me in and out of the office. they are a family office and after 2-3 adjustments i can tell the difference.
except......I have been doing fine lately... until the other day i woke up and it was hurting again! it rained that night so i am not sure if the weather triggered the flare up.

I dont have the money to keep going to the chiropractor, nor do i have the $$$ to spend on weekly massage therapy.
I want to resolve this permanently!

I am 28, Female and in generally good heatlth. This should not be happening to me now!!

I am eating properly and drink water, and an avid tea drinker now.

how can i cure this?
