hello,

many things may help with pains due to pinched nerves etc. but i can assure you that if you do not correct the underlying cause the problem is likely to return!
All conditions have a conection to the Spine and all start with misalignments in the sacrum as a result of a tilted pelvis (hip) due to a difference in leg lenght.
