Actually, the doc told me that it was a pinched sciatic nerve. It was a relative that is a MA who mentioned it may be bruised... Sorry for the confusion.

I just can't afford to go to a chiropractor. I wish I could. But, honestly, the last time I had pain in my back & had an adjustment, it actually felt much worse.

The pain & stuff that I am feeling is actually changed a bit. I am not having as much pain or numbness in my leg anymore. In fact, now it is a burning sensation that spreads across my lower back/tailbone area & aches around my hip. Sittingh really makes it worse. At night & in the morning are the worst. Anyone know why?

The swelling in my behind (where the gigantic bruise was) has pretty much left, but I can feel a lump the size of a dime in there. What is that?

Does anyone know what other exercises might be helpful? Should I keep doing yoga?

I am going to see my doc tomorrow... I HOPE all comes out well & it will feel better soon!!

All info would be greatly appreciated.
