Pyroluria (READ THE LINK!) is a genetic condition that creates low zinc and B-6 levels that can lead to erratic behavior. Fix this with the proper supplements, including B-6 as P-5-P. This is important and a "must read." Note that Omega 3 Fatty Acids now in vogue are inimical to a person with high levels of pyroles. Give it a look.
