Interesting... one thing my friend asked me that I didn't have a quesiton for was that she gets foot massages every once in a while. She claims they apply pressure all over, but she's never experienced detox symptoms or anything other than the enjoyment of a foot massage.

Can a thorough foot massage have the same effects as a reflexology session?
