I have a hypo-thyroid & (low temps)for some years now. I do not use medication for it & no better not to use it anyway. About 2yrs ago started having more trouble sudden urge to sleep while driving & cant get thru a movie.-- The worst is weight gain! Though I can't blame it all on this. I'm 40yrs now and want to kick this stuff (no pun intended). Anyone with good results for Hypo-thyroid treatment... Also I appriciate everyones feed back! Very good responses! Laura
