I have definetely the symptoms from ADHD. My wife and good friends tell me to take medication in order to get this chemical imbalance fixed. In fact I have been unable to work for about 4 years now. MY income is going down more and more, and I even consider a stay in a clinic. This is my last attempt to get healed thru fasting and then rawfood. Today is my 2nd day. IS there any evidence out there, that nature can also support me in the chemical imbalance in my head, which is causing so much problems?
