Finally finished, but now, 2 days later I woke up with swollen lymph glands that are very tender to touch. It never occured while I was on the fast and I am thinking that it is just some more toxins that are getting cleaned out.

I was wondering if anyone else had this happen or have any idea why I am experiencing this now. I am thinking I may have needed to go a little bit longer on the fast, maybe 14 days. Next time!

Any insight would be appriciated.
