It asks for 6 cups...I have a hard time wanting more than that! I don't think there's an issue...just watch your portions of maplesyrup...I've had previous trys where I had too much sweetener, and it caused some not so pleasant effects (probably a small incidence of candida in my throat, mainly).

I'm on day seven, and let me tell you, I have had some temptations subside thanks to the lemonade, but I have never come near overdosing.
